Casa Loop<\/strong>\u00ae\u00a0is a foldable, sustainable playhouse designed for children aged 3\u20137. More than just a toy, it is a DIY 2-in-1 (home and shop) environment that invites creativity, social interaction, and imaginative play. Locally produced, handmade, and eco-friendly, it is easy to assemble, fold, transport, and store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casa Loop was developed as a D!N (DESIGNEDIN)<\/strong> product through a participatory, co-design process that placed children and parents at the heart of decision-making. Guided by Child-Centred Design<\/strong> and the Designing for Children\u2019s Rights (D4CR) Guide<\/strong>, every choice reflected children\u2019s rights, creativity, and well-being. Through observation, co-design sessions, prototyping, and testing, children directly contributed their ideas, making the playhouse intuitive, engaging, and fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Casa Loop shows how co-design<\/strong> can create products that are meaningful, sustainable, and joyful. It is also my first product with a registered design<\/strong>, marking an important milestone in my practice. Designed in co-creation with an architect and the greatest experts on the subject: children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
